Six Sunni prisoners of conscience in Rajai Shahr prison were summoned to ward 8 of the prison, which is controlled by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), on Tuesday, December 10, 2013.
The six men, Hossein Ghaderi and Azad Saghezi from Javanroud, Yousef Moradi, Yasin Mohammadi and Arkan Sarpoli from Sarpoli Zahab, and Moaz Hakim from Paveh, were interrogated and threatened for a number of hours.
A source told the HRA News Agency, "The six men were interrogated and threatened in the IRGC ward for several hours. They were asked questions about their calls to relatives, to the imams of mosques, and also about the publishing of news about Sunni prisoners in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj."
